Day 1

Saturday 30 August

  • Travel from London to Seven Sisters
  • Scenic coastal walk towards Cuckmere Haven
  • Lunch and wellbeing talk on Mental Health & Healing in Light of Islam
  • Beach time with optional swimming and games
  • Head to the campsite and set up tents
  • Evening meal, games and social time
  • Relax under the stars with optional night walk

Day 2

Sunday 31 August

  • Fajr prayer followed by breakfast
  • Morning hike with rest and lunch breaks
  • Optional swim, weather and time permitting
  • Café stop at Saltmarsh Farmhouse
  • Collect belongings and prepare for departure
  • Return journey to London
