A safe space to be heard, understood and supported
A free monthly gathering for Muslim women navigating difficult life circumstances, with a BACP-registered counsellor. Last Friday of every month.
Trip overview
Helping Hands is a free monthly community gathering for Muslim women navigating difficult life circumstances. Join a small, welcoming and non-judgemental group to connect, share experiences if you wish, and receive emotional support and guidance with the involvement of a BACP-registered counsellor.
Who is welcome? Women experiencing parenting challenges, caring responsibilities, family difficulties, social services involvement, separation from children, trauma, abuse, isolation or other personal struggles. You do not need to share your story to attend.
Sessions run on the last Friday of every month. Sisters with relevant professional knowledge or lived experience who would like to help others find suitable services and support are welcome to get in touch.
Because no sister should feel alone.
